Coop Consulting, Inc. was established in July 2002 in Santa Fe, New Mexico by Michael E. Coop — to expand his consulting work in prevention, community coalition development and evaluation, and to develop his own independent approach to improving quality and rigor. It is a small firm providing consultation in evaluation, facilitation, planning and research in the human service public sector arena through long-term contractual relationships with a limited number of clients.
